1/2 stick softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding (vanilla or banana)
12 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

Combine the two mixtures.

Crumble 1 bag Oreo cookies in food processor (1 1/2 pound size). Layer in flower pots: cookies, pudding, cookies, pudding, cookies. This amount will fill two average size flower pots. Stick an imitation flower in center of pot. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
