PUMPKIN NUT MUFFINS 
BATTER:

4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 bag walnuts

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice. Add flour mixture, walnuts, and raisins to pumpkin mixture. Combine just until blended on lowest speed. Fill muffin pans. Makes 2 dozen. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons streusel over top of each muffin. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes.

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over muffins.
