SWEET & SOUR BEEF STEW 
1 lb. stew beef, 1" cubes
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 lg. sliced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 carrots, sliced

Brown meat, then mix with remainder in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
