RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
Sprinkle of nutmeg (1/8 tsp.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all together and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Dot top with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes.
