CORN FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pt. or 15 oz. can corn

Or you can use:

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 can corn

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and corn to medium - thick consistency. Drop like pancake size 2 to 3 inches on hot skillet. Fry until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.

Makes about 2 dozen.
