POTATOES AU GRATIN 
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

About 30 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees. In greased 13 x 9 inch pan, toss potatoes and salt together and arrange in even layer. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes; sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until tender. Makes 10 servings.
