POTATO GRATIN 
2 1/4 lb. cooked potatoes, sliced
2 oz. bacon, cubed
2 onions, chopped
9 oz. fresh mushrooms
7 oz. cooked ham, cubed
5 1/2 oz. fresh or frozen peas
4 tomatoes, peeled
4 eggs
1/4 pt. heavy cream
1/4 pt. milk
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Brown bacon, add onions and cook until yellow, add sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, add ham, peas and sliced tomatoes. Mix well.

Beat eggs, heavy cream, milk, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Grease casserole with oil. Put 1 layer of potatoes, 1 layer of vegetable mix until everything is used. End with potatoes. Pour milk mixture over casserole and sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs, and top with butter pieces. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 35 minutes.
