1 pkg. frozen Okray's Cheese Delites
Milk
Potato patties
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
Parsley or other desired seasonings
Dried bacon or ham may be added for extra flavor

Place frozen Okray's Cheese Delites in ungreased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Pour milk over potato patties until just the tops of the patties are left uncovered. Dot surface with 1 to 2 tablespoons butter. Season with salt, pepper, parsley or other desired seasonings. Dried bacon or ham may be added for extra flavor. Simply bake in preheated 400 to 425 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

NOTE: Covering the patties with milk or overbaking them will result in a mushy product.
