MICROWAVABLE HAM-BROCCOLI AU
GRATIN
 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Smokey Cheddar Potatoes
2 1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cut up fully cooked smoked ham
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. crushed country corn flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika

Pierce broccoli package with knife. Place in microwavable paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave on low (30%) 3 minutes; turn package over. Microwave until thawed, 3-5 minutes longer (a few ice crystals may remain in center); drain thoroughly.

Mix potatoes, water and 2 tablespoons butter in 2 quart microwave casserole. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 10 minutes. Stir in sauce mix and milk until well mixed. Stir in broccoli and ham. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until potatoes and broccoli are tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer. Stir.

Place 1 teaspoon butter in 10 ounce custard cup, microwave uncovered n high (100%) until melted, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir in corn flakes and paprika, sprinkle over potato mixture. Let stand uncovered 5 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
