BROCCOLI & CHICKEN AU GRATIN 
1/2 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
1 lb. or more boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 1/2 c. C-V sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Steam broccoli until almost tender, drain and arrange in an 8"x12"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle uncooked chicken on top; set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in broth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese melts. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
