PEANUT BUTTER PEAR MUFFINS 
4 tbsp. peanut butter
2 pkgs. corn muffin mix (8 oz. each)
1/2 c. milk
2 fresh pears (halved, cored and chopped)
2 eggs

Cut peanut butter into muffin mix. Then mix lightly with milk, eggs and pears. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Yield: 2 dozen muffins.

This is different, easy, and the kids love it!
