BEST ARTICHOKE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
3 tsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Dash nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cut in half (canned are ok)
Buttered bread crumbs

Grease a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Mix cheese and butter. Add seasonings and well drained spinach. Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole and around sides. Cover with spinach mixture. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
