SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 pieces chopped garlic
1 stick butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Bread crumbs

Thaw and chop artichoke hearts in small pieces. Steam spinach and drain well. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Mix spinach artichoke hearts, onion and butter. Add Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Season to taste. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and browned.
