STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 peppers, quartered
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 large can tomatoes, blended
2 cans tomato sauce
salt
pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
2 c. uncooked rice
3 cans water

Brown hamburger meat. Add onions and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ketchup, rice, and water. Cover and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes until rice is done.
