SUCKATACH 
2 lbs. okra
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. onions
1 clove garlic
1 lb. shrimp
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 sm. bag frozen corn
1 sm. bag frozen lima beans
Salt & pepper

Fry okra in small amount of vegetable oil on stove until dry. In another skillet saute onions, garlic, parsley, spoon out whole tomatoes, chop and add to fry for a few minutes. Add corn and lima beans, 1 cup water and cook for 30 minutes on low. Add juice from tomatoes, shrimp and okra. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 1/2 hour more on low.
