TASTY PORK STEAKS 
GREAT with rice!!

4 pork steaks
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lime
1 tsp. lemon pepper

MUSHROOM GRAVY:

2 (10 oz. ea.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
sea salt, to taste
1/2 can water (use empty soup can)

In large skillet, add chopped garlic and cook pork steaks.

As steaks are cooking mix both cans of mushroom soup with Italian seasoning, black pepper, sea salt and 1/2 can water and set aside.

When steaks are 1/2 done, squeeze half lime and sprinkle lemon pepper over meat.

When meat is 3/4 done remove from heat wipe skillet clean and replace meat. Add mushroom soup mixture over steaks and simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
