CREAM PUFF CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
4 c. skim milk
3 small boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
Cool Whip

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and mix until it forms a ball. COOL!! Add eggs one at a time, beat.

Grease 9x13 pan. Spread mixture on bottom and a little up the sides.

Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes. COOL!

Beat milk and pudding. Add cream cheese. Pour over crust. Cover with Cool Whip. Chill.
