CREAM PUFF CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water and butter. Add flour and form a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Recipe for filling follows.
