CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. all purpose flour
4 eggs, unbeaten

Put butter in water, add the flour and stir hard together. Wait five minutes and add the eggs, one at a time.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes, then turn oven to 300°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
