CREAM PUFF FILLING | |
2/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. scalded milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Mix dry ingredients. Add scalded milk gradually. Cook 15 minutes in a double boiler. Stir constantly until mixture thickens, at which time stir occasionally. Add eggs, which are slightly beaten and cook 3 minutes. Cool and flavor with rum or vanilla. Note: Pudding may be used as substitute for Cream Puff Filling. |
