This was a good recipe but I would cut down the cooking time by about 5-10 minutes, and I also used apple sauce instead of oil and that worked great.

I work for a drug and alcohol rehab as the resident chef and I made this bread for the clients several times now and they all say that it is the best banana bread they have ever eaten! And it is so easy to make! I like to add walnuts to the recipe too. LOVE IT!!!

I've made this bread a few times for my family and they LOVE IT! I'm not an avid cook and this was the 1st bread recipe I tried and it was really easy. I've tweaked the recipe a little by adding a tsp of vanilla extract and a tbs of cinnamon :)

This recipe was great. I added nuts, a small amount of vanilla and some brown sugar to the top. I also used 4 bananas and cooked it an extra 10 minutes. I cooked it on my grill since it was hot outside and I didn't want to turn on my oven! Worked beautifully.

This is a great recipe I've made it several times also adding blueberries and walnuts are good. Nice texture and simple to throw together and I've given the loafs as thank you gifts to the car repair men.

This recipe is awesome have used and used it over and over again. The only modification that I make is that I add 4 bananas instead of 3 and bake for about 10 minutes longer. Super moist and delicious!

Agreed... Awesome recipe... And I make a modification too... Instead of the oil I use apple sauce... Tastes awesome!!
