BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO SALAD 
1 med. head Romaine lettuce
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 bunch broccoli
1 sm. red onion

Layer in bowl as follows: broken Romaine, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and then onion rings.

DRESSING:

1 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix and dot over salad. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Toss with crumbled bacon just before serving.
