CHRISTMAS RAMEKIN 
4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped
3/4 c. red pepper, chopped very small
2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. diced hot jalapeno peppers
1/4 lemon (squeezed)
1/2-1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 lb. parmesan cheese, grated

Cut bread down the middle and slice into strips. Drizzle with butter (and garlic if you desire) and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, saut garlic in oil. In bowl mix artichokes, red pepper, hot jalapeno pepper, cheese, and garlic. Add enough mayonnaise so it all holds together. Add the lemon juice.

Bake at 350 uncovered for 30-35 minutes until it bubbles and the top is golden.

Serve with the French bread immediately.
