HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken thighs (salt & peppered)
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion
1 can tomatoes & juice
1 tsp. cinnamon (scant)

Brown chicken in small amount of oil. Add all other ingredients. Cook with lid on 25-30 minutes on simmer.
