MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow meal
3 peppers, chopped fine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped fine

Brown meat and drain. Grate cheese. Mix with above ingredients. Pour in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until done.
