MEXICAN CORN BREAD | |
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese Hot and sweet pepper to taste 1 can cream style corn (lg. size) 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal 1/2 lb. hamburger 2 eggs 1/2 c. sweet milk 1/2 c. meat drippings from hamburger Brown hamburger in large pan. Add onion, peppers, saute in hamburger grease. In large bowl add all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. |
