GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and blend in milk. Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add chocolate and milk. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
