OVEN BBQ SPARERIBS 
1 rack spareribs (separate ribs and discard most fat)

Add water to half in large pot; bring to boil. Add ribs and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and wash ribs well; pat dry.

2 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Pace sauce
1 garlic

Pour sauce mixture over precooked ribs. Mix well by hands and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ribs in dripping pan and bake 30 minutes. Turn and check frequently. Brush remaining sauce over ribs during cooking. Serve warm with steamed rice. Yield: 4 servings.
