1 chicken
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Boil chicken in Dutch oven pot with water and onion. Boil pepper - drain almost all excess oil, most of water off. Pour in BBQ sauce of choice, then slowly boil about 30 minutes on medium.
