MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 c. maple syrup
3 tbsp. soft butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 9" prepared unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in pecans. Turn batter into pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Cool. Serves 8.
