SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
1 lb. pkg. lasagne noodles
3 lb. ricotta cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped onion
Basil, garlic & oregano to taste
4 c. mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
4 c. seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops, etc. whatever you like!)

Mix ricotta, cream cheese, onions and spices. Then stir in fish.

First layer: Cheese mixture, noodles, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. 2nd layer: Repeat above. Top layer: Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
