LEMON ICE CREAM 
4 c. half and half
2 c. sugar
4 to 5 lemons

Finely grate the lemon rinds and juice the lemons. In a bowl mix the cream sugar, lemon rinds and lemon juice. Mix well and chill overnight. Put in ice cream maker and blend until finished. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
