OLIVE CHEESE SHORTIES (24) 
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash cayenne pepper
2/3 c. flour
24 stuffed green olives, rinsed

Cream butter until soft, add cheese. Cream until smooth, blend in parsley flakes, onion powder and pepper gradually add flour and mix until smooth. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Place a stuffed olive firmly in the center of each. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
