BARBECUE SAUCE FOR BEEF 
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, chopped fine
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Cook beef roast in slow cooker until done. Cool to warm and shred out the meat. Place back into crock-pot, drained completely. (Meat should be salt and peppered while cooking.) In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour over meat in crock-pot and simmer for 1 1/2 hours at high, then serve from crock-pot.
