SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix together. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done. Cover while baking.
