GRAPE-NUTS PUDDING 
2 eggs (beaten with a fork)
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk, heated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
nutmeg (if desired)

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Add hot milk, vanilla and cereal. Pour into buttered casserole. Place in a pan of hot water that comes up about halfway on the casserole.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into custard comes out clean. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
