MRS. "B'S" GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk, skim or lowfat
1/4 c. Grape-Nuts
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place a 9x13 inch pan 1/3 full of water in oven. Combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Heat butter in milk until melted. Gradually add scalded milk and butter to egg mixture; mix thoroughly. Put Grape-Nuts in Pyrex bowl or divide into 4 individual custard cups. Pour milk/egg mixture over Grape-Nuts. Place in pan with water at heat for 30 minutes. 4 servings.
