GRAPE-NUT CUSTARD PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

In a saucepan heat milk, add Grape-Nuts and let stand for 15 minutes. Beat eggs, add milk, sugar, vanilla and if desired, a dash of salt. Put into casserole; sprinkle with nutmeg. Set casserole in pan of warm water. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted near center will come out clean. Makes 4-6 servings.
