GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
4 c. warm milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
Salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg

Put 1 cup Grape-Nuts in warm milk; let sit 15 minutes. Add 4 beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix all together, pour in 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in larger pan with 1 inch of water at bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Insert knife or toothpick in center if it comes out clean, it is done.
