BEEF KA - BOB 
SAUCE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. ginger (powder)
4 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic salt (shake)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
Steak: Sirloin (3 1/2 lbs.) about 1 1/2 inches thick; cut into squares about 1 1/2 or 2 inches.

OTHER INGREDIENTS FOR KA-BOBS:

6 sm. onions
3 bell peppers, cut in quarters
3 tomatoes, cut in quarters
2 cans mushroom buttons

After mixing sauce well, place steak in saucepan and pour sauce over it. Marinate 3 or 4 hours or more if possible, turn about every hour. (Needs no refrigeration.) Alternate on skewer: meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes and mushroom buttons. Charcoal on grill. Serves 4.
