ANTIPASTO - BOB'S 
1/2 lb. pepperoni, or summer sausage
2 lg. stalks celery
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1 c. pitted ripe olives, green & black
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Alternate slices of sausage, celery, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and olives on 6 inch skewers. Arrange on serving tray. Mix mayonnaise, milk and garlic powder. Serve with kabobs. 8-12 servings.
