BARBECUED SIRLOIN AND CHICKEN
BOBS
 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. white wine
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. sugar
Peppers
Onions
Tomatoes
Mushrooms

Cut meat into chunks; combine all ingredients. Add meat, turning to coat well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate (2 hours; plus or minus). Turn occasionally. Put meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill until desired tenderness while continuing to marinade with brush. Serve over bed of rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
