BOB HOPE'S FAVORITE CHICKEN HASH 
2 chicken breasts, broiled
2 strips bacon, crisp
1/2 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. dry sherry wine
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into fine strips. Crumble bacon and combine with the onion, butter, lemon juice and seasonings. Saute until thoroughly heated in the butter. Shortly before serving, add sherry and sour cream. Do not cook after adding last two ingredients; just heat through.
