1 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter 2 1/2 tsp. (heaping) flour 3 egg yolks Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Scant 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 c. milk Mix sugar and butter well. Add flour, egg yolks, salt, cinnamon, cloves and milk. Stir together until blended. Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until set. | |

This Bob Andy pie recipe is the same my grandmother got from her Mennonite friends in central Indiana. It has been our family treasure and tradition for the holidays since the late 1930's. We made a stitches sampler of it for our mother. This is now an heirloom, She passed away 1-1-2015. Thank you for the accuracy.
