GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 c. Grape Nuts
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. raisins, if desired
Sprinkle of nutmeg

One quart of milk, take out one cupful and heat it, pour over grape nuts in a baking dish. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs, slightly beaten. Then add the rest of cold milk (raisins if desired) and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. When knife inserted in middle comes out clean the pudding is done.
