PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 pork chops
Flour
Salt and pepper
4 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 can of chicken gumbo soup

Slightly brown pork chops in oil. Cut up potatoes into slices in a baking dish, then chop up onion on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper potatoes. Place cooked pork chops on top of potatoes. Add water to pan drippings, then pour on top of the pork chops. Then pour chicken gumbo soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cover pan with foil while baking.
