PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
Pork chops
Onion
Bell pepper; optional
Tomato; optional
1 c. rice, use more or less as needed for family
Soy sauce

Cook rice as usual until partially done. Trim fat from pork chops. Salt and pepper; place in oven proof dish. Put chopped onion, tomato and pepper over chops. (I've never used the pepper and tomato.) Pour rice over all. Add 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle soy sauce over rice until warm is brown. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. I usually cover mine to keep rice from browning.
