SKILLET PORK CHOPS 
4 center cut pork chops
1 (32 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Garlic powder
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper (optional)

Brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle one side of chops with garlic powder. Slice onion over pork chops. Pour whole tomatoes on top of onions and chops, then cut up the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer at least one hour.
