PORK CHOPS AND VEGETABLES DINNER 
6-8 center cut pork chops
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce; optional
1/2 c. sliced onion
6 lg. potatoes, sliced

Braise pork chops in skillet until brown on both sides. Do NOT drain. Alternate vegetables in layers on top of chops. Add enough water to cover vegetables and chops. Add salt and pepper and soy sauce. Soy sauce is a excellent flavor enhancer. Be liberal with soy sauce.

Simmer slowly until vegetables are tender. Turn once or twice to hasten cooking. Approximately time: 1 hour.
