PORK CHOP AND VEGETABLE SKILLET 
4 - 6 pork chops
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 onions, cut into rings
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
7 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
3 med. potatoes, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, stripped

In skillet brown pork chops in oil. Remove pork chops from pan, add onions and cook until tender. Add tomatoes, water, paprika, garlic salt and caraway seed. Return pork chops to pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add potatoes and green pepper. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes and chops are cooked.
